I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Kate who perfectly sums up how I and probably a good chunk of the population, feel about those giant stacks of unclaimed phone books showing up at apartment buildings every year.
As she points out, clinging to its outdated business model hasn’t done much for the Yellow Pages’ US stock value over the past few years. But that could easily be resolved if it just started marketing them as free booster seats. I mean, that’s how everyone still uses them right?
