As if Viagra users didn’t have enough to worry about—now they’re being told that the impotence drug could be causing sudden hearing loss. In the UK, official healthcare watchdogs are looking into it, after receiving numerous complaints.
It appears it’s not just Viagra which has caused this sudden deafness, and left doctors baffled as to how it’s happened. Two similar drugs, Cialis and Levitra, have also been fingered by users worldwide. Doctors While the sample base of complaints is small—just 47 globally, after 223 were discounted because of lack of detail—it might be worth having a chat with your doctor if you’re taking one of these drugs.
