Actor, sports-fan and Oscar-winner, Russell Crowe has a long list of cinematic credits, and now you can add a guest spot on the real-life X-Files as one of them as the actor claims he has video evidence of a UFO flying over Sydney.
He took to Twitter to share his footage yesterday evening:
I will grant you at the time the music wasn’t playing, also, yes, we have pushed in on the frame..this is 3 photo’s in order, nothing added

The footage was captured as a time lapse by Rusty’s mate who wanted to photograph the bats in Sydney’s Botanical Gardens.

The video has already massed 75,000 YouTube views, and everyone seems to be wondering what it really is. We think one YouTuber has hit the nail on the head:
This is a yacht going past. You can see the navigation light reflecting off the mainstay. The building is on a finger wharf in Woolloomooloo Bay and yachts pass going into the bay regularly probably going to the marina which is alongside the wharf. Just Wiki “Finger Wharf” and you’ll see it.
That makes a fair bit of sense considering that the footage was taken from Crowe’s office in Woolloomooloo. [YouTube]
