The dancing orange wisps of fire looks like choreographed chaos when seen in slow motion. It dances, it burns, it shines and it’s easy to get lost in it. But seeing burning fire is a lot different than actually holding it. The guys from Beyond Slow Motion used a nice little trick that never gets old to sprout fire from their bare hands. In slow motion.
How did they pull this off and not get burned? It’s the classic trick of using a mixture of soap, water and butane. Just add soap and lighter fluid to water and coat your hands, light it up and bam you have fire hands. Of course, just because it sounds easy doesn’t mean you should do it. It’s still dangerous! You’re literally playing with fire and all that. [BeyondSlowMotion]
