The second season of Wolf Creek is officially hitting Stan on December 15, so here’s a shiny new trailer to celebrate, on this, the spoopiest day of the year.
All six episodes will drop at once, with a whole new cast of tourists running into old mate Mick Taylor in the outback.
Joining John Jarratt as Taylor are Tess Haubrich (Alien: Covenant), Matt Day (Rake, Paper Giants, Underbelly, Kiss or Kill), Ben Oxenbould (Comedy Inc, The Kettering Incident, The Code), Laura Wheelwright (Animal Kingdom), Charlie Clausen (Home & Away) Stephen Hunter (The Hobbit, The Leftovers) and Chris Haywood (Shine, Muriel’s Wedding).
The show was created and directed by Greg McLean, and directors Kieran Darcy-Smith (Wish You Were Here, Jack Irish) and Geoff Bennett (The Secret Daughter, Love Child, Brock) each directed two episodes.
Wolf Creek is one of Stan’s Original Content staples, partnering with Screentime and the South Australian Film Corporation.
Oh, and there’s a new poster, too!
Confession: I still need to catch up on the first season, so this is actually a good excuse to binge over Christmas time.
Have you been keeping up with Wolf Creek? Are you enjoying the direction the TV series has taken the movie franchise? let me know in the comments.
