We’re 48 hours away from the annual madness of E3. Things have been shaken up a fair bit this year, so here’s all the times you need to plan ahead.
The two big keys to remember this year is that Sony won’t be holding an E3 conference, and EA won’t be holding their traditional presser either. EA has announced that they’ll be holding a series of livestreams – so we’ll still get all that Jedi Fallen Order footage – instead.
But no Hoop Gawd. RIP.
So there’s a few gaps this year. Legendary E3 sorted Cheesemeister3k has pumped out an early version of the E3 press conferences, and there’s quite a few extras this year. Tiny Build, UploadVR, the Kinda Funny Showcase and Limited Run will have conferences of their own too.
EA is starting early, as they do, but this year they’re holding a half-hour stream on six of their main titles and franchises. It kicks off really early on the Sunday for Australians and Kiwis. Here’s the times:
- Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order: 0230 AEST / 0030 AWST / 0200 ACST / 0430 NZST
- Apex Legends: 0300 AEST / 0100 AWST / 0230 ACST / 0500 NZST
- Battlefield 5: 0330 AEST / 0130 AWST / 0300 ACST / 0530 NZST
- FIFA 20: 0400 AEST / 0200 AWST / 0330 ACST / 0600 NZST
- Madden NFL 20: 0430 AEST / 0230 AWST / 0400 ACST / 0630 NZST
- The Sims 4: 0500 AEST / 0300 AWST / 0430 ACST / 0700 NZST
Tuesday is going to be the worst day for schedules – UploadVR kicks off from 0200 AEST / 0130 ACST / 0400 NZST / 0000 AWST, with the PC Gaming Show, Limited Run, Ubisoft, Kinda Funny and Square Enix all following. (PC Gaming Show and Ubisoft won’t run over each other this year, which is fantastic.)
