Optus gave us a teaser for their upcoming iPad data plans yesterday, but they’ve just announced the full pricing table. You can find it below the jump.
As you can see, the company’s pre-paid plans are a lot more versatile than Telstra’s, with prices starting at $15 and ranging up to $130. There are also longer expiry periods on some plans, although some of the cheaper options only have 15 days expiry periods, which is atrocious.
(UPDATE: Optus just sent out word that the 8GB $80GB plan should add up to 9GB with the bonus 1GB, not 10GB)
Also nice is the bonus data, which adds 1GB of data across all recharge values before September 30.
So while we wait for VHA to announce their pricing strategy, potential iPad 3G now owners have to make the choice between Telstra’s extended, reliable coverage and Optus’ extra data. Which will you choose?
