SteelSeries make some exceptionally sweet gaming peripherals, but up until now haven’t branched too far from the PC or games console. That’s changed with the Siberia Neckband, which they’re claiming have been designed for “iDevices”.
The neckband, which sit around the neck despite looking like regular headphones lying down, feature the Siberia’s standard retractable boom mic, along with in-line controls for answering calls and adjusting volume. Of course, there’s nothing to say they won’t work with your non-iOS device, but that’s not how they’re marketing the headphones…
Local pricing and release are still TBC, but SteelSeries promise a Q2 launch around the globe and a $US80 price tag for the US.
