Over at ZDNet Luke Hopewell’s noted that Apple and Samsung’s current stoush over whether the Galaxy Tab 10.1 infringes on Apple’s hefty pool of patents heads back to Federal court on Monday. Not surprisingly, neither side wanted to comment prior to the hearing. Then again, not commenting is an art form at Apple; perhaps they’ve got a patent on that too. [ZDNet]
