The Samsung vs Apple case may finally be coming to a close, with closing arguments for both sides finishing today (finally!), but Apple is still not quite yet out of the legal arena.
Google’s Motorola Mobility today filed a patent-infringement lawsuit against Apple, seeking to block the Cupertino-based company from importing the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and “various Apple computers” into the United States.
TechCrunch, who spoke with a Motorola representative, is reporting that the full complaint will be made available on the International Trade Commission’s website on Wednesday. Until then, their official statement:
“We would like to settle these patent matters, but Apple’s unwillingness to work out a licence leaves us little choice but to defend ourselves and our engineers’ innovations.”
