This Is The Coolest Privacy Filter Ever

Tired of people looking at your screen on the train or in the office? Try this incredible home-made privacy filter on that means only you can see what’s on your display.

On the left is a normal laptop display, working like laptop displays do and perfectly visible to anyone who walks by. On the right, however, is a new privacy screen which only works when you look at it with the inventor’s special glasses.

It’s works either by way of a polarisation filter on the monitor viewable by the glasses, or the optical layer was pulled off the LCD and strapped to the glasses instead. It’s most likely the former, considering the stark contrast between the two when viewed with the glasses on.

Either way, it’s the best new method for looking at inappropriate materials at your desk.
