Ahh, the Tablet P. It’s not a taco. It’s the Android-powered cousin of the 9.5-inch Sony Tablet S. Gizmodo has written a lengthy first-look of the uniquely designed P, but I also spent a little time with it here at CES and captured this video for you. It’ll be upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich when it arrives worldwide sometime in 2012.

The Tablet P is PlayStation-certified, and definitely more compact than the Tablet S. The curved design is comfortable to hold, but this design makes it impossible to sit the device like a laptop on a table without it tipping over backwards.
Also, the OLED screens are a little too spaced out for my liking because of incorrect aspect ratios produced when media is spread across the two screens (the car image in the video shows this). We’ll update you as soon as we hear more on Australian availability.
