The New Series Of Unfortunate Events Trailer Promises That Everything Can Get Much, Much Worse

Video: Netflix’s A Series of Unfortunate Events has a fantastic tradition of going meta on us – and a new trailer for season two reminds us that Count Olaf’s really intent on making life for the Baudelaire family pretty miserable.

This one’s just as meta as the first teaser for season two, but we also get a lot more footage, as well as Olaf’s (Neil Patrick Harris) personal assurance that the show will now have more of… well, everything.

Even unwanted elective surgeries! I’d say just like you wanted, but then they wouldn’t exactly be unwanted, would they? Either way, it looks as though the Baudelaire kids are in for an even wilder ride this season than they were the first time around. How unfortunate for them.

A Series of Unfortunate Events returns to Netflix March 30.
