Pre-orders for the new iPhone Xs and Xs Max kick off at 5:01pm AEST today — but the telco plans are already beginning to drop, with Vodafone being the first out this year. This is what they’ve got ahead of the September 21 launch.
The cheapest iPhone Xs plan you can snag from Vodafone is the 64GB model on a 36-month contract at $45.25 per month plus a $35 Red Plan that comes with 2GB of data. That comes to a total of $80.25 a month for a total miniumum cost of $1,664 over the the course of the contract.
The lowest price that Voda is offering the Xs Max is also the 64GB model on a 36-month contract at $49.97 per month plus the same 2GB $35 Red Plan. The total is $84.97 per month for a total minimum cost of $1,833.92 over the course of the contract.
If that doesn’t sound that much more than the Xs version, you’d be right. And we’re guessing that Vodafone is hoping that you’re keen to upgrade to the larger model since it’s “just a little more.”
